VOCSO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. respects the privacy of its clients and of everyone who visits this website.

This policy explains what we collect when you use vocso.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, clients and job applicants.

It does not cover the software we build for our clients. When we develop or maintain a system on a client’s behalf, that client is the controller of the data inside it and their own privacy policy governs it.

1. Who We Are

VOCSO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“VOCSO”, “we”, “us”) is a software design and development company registered in India and operating since 2009. Our office is at Plot No. 20, Industrial Area, Mathura Road, Sector 27A, Faridabad, Haryana 121002, India.

We are the data controller for information collected through this website. We hold ISO/IEC 27001 certification for our information security management system.

2. Information You Give Us

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Project enquiries. When you request a quote we ask for your project name, full name, company, email address, phone number, a description of your requirement, your current website address, and an indicative budget range. You may also upload a requirement document — we accept common document, archive and image formats up to 10 MB.
• Job applications. If you apply for a role we collect your name, contact details, and the CV or portfolio you upload.
• Enquiries and support requests. Anything you write to us by form, email, phone or chat, including the content of that correspondence.
• Client account details. For engaged clients, the billing and project information needed to deliver and invoice the work.

Please do not upload sensitive personal information — health records, government identity numbers or financial account details — into an enquiry form. If your project genuinely involves such data, tell us and we will arrange a secure channel.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our servers and analytics record your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, the pages you viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to understand traffic patterns and keep the site working, not to identify you personally.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:

• Necessary. Session handling, form security, and remembering your light or dark theme preference. The site cannot function without these.
• Analytics. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tell us which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and where they leave.
• Advertising. The Meta (Facebook) pixel runs on our quote and contact pages so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s own privacy policy and terms.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quotation;
• deliver, support and invoice the services you engage us for;
• assess a job application and communicate with you about it;
• improve our website, services and content;
• send you occasional information about our services, where you have asked for it or where you are an existing client — every such message carries an unsubscribe link;
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of established service providers to run our business. Each processes data only on our instructions:

• Amazon Web Services (SES) — delivers the notification and correspondence emails generated by our forms.
• Trello (Atlassian) — where an enquiry becomes a card so our team can track and respond to it.
• Google — Tag Manager, Analytics and reCAPTCHA.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement via the Facebook pixel.
• PayPal — processes payments for our packaged services. Card details go directly to PayPal; we never see or store them.
• Our hosting provider — stores the website and its database.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to establish or defend a legal claim, or to a successor entity if our business is acquired.

7. Where Your Information Goes

We are based in India and our team and servers are located there. Some of the providers listed above operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside your own country under contractual safeguards with those providers.

If you are contacting us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you are consenting to that transfer by submitting your information to us.

8. Client Project Material and Confidentiality

Material you share with us for a project — designs, content, credentials, databases, source code — is treated as confidential. Access is limited to the team members working on your engagement. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request, and our security practices are governed by our ISO/IEC 27001 certified management system.

Where we are given access to your systems, we ask for the minimum level of access the work requires, and we ask you to revoke it once the engagement ends.

9. Showing Our Work

Unless your agreement with us says otherwise, we may display a delivered website, application or campaign in our portfolio, case studies and marketing material, together with a description of the work. We will not publish confidential business information, internal data, or anything you have asked us to keep private. Tell us in writing at any time and we will remove your project from our public material.

10. How Long We Keep It

We keep information only as long as we need it:

• Project enquiries that do not become engagements — 24 months, then deleted.
• Job applications — 12 months, unless you ask us to keep your CV on file for longer.
• Client records — for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires.
• Analytics data — per the retention settings of the analytics platform.

11. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
• stop sending you marketing, at any time;
• restrict or object to a particular use of your information.

Write to us at the address in section 14 and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are before we act.

If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in India you may escalate an unresolved complaint to the Data Protection Board.

12. Security

We hold ISO/IEC 27001 certification and apply the controls it requires: access limited to those who need it, encryption in transit, hardened servers, and regular review. No system can be guaranteed impenetrable, and we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay if a breach affects your information.

13. Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

14. Changes and How to Reach Us

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
