  • Analysis of project requirement

    We analyze the information, identify the target audience and the purpose of the site. Study your references carefully. We compile our own suggestions and make recommendations. Decide on the technology to be used. 

  • Proposal for the project

    We work out a proposal based on the understanding and information provided and send it to you and seek an approval and confirmation on time/price and project scope. 

  • Project Plan

    We come up with a solid plan for the execution. It is important to break down the project into several modules, assign each module with a timeline and allocate team.
