Communication is the key

We discuss with you about the requirement the project, timeframe and the deeper details. We chose the best way of communication as per your preferences e.g. messenger chat, email or phone.

Analysis of project requirement

We analyze the information, identify the target audience and the purpose of the site. Study your references carefully. We compile our own suggestions and make recommendations. Decide on the technology to be used.

Proposal for the project

We work out a proposal based on the understanding and information provided and send it to you and seek an approval and confirmation on time/price and project scope.

Project Plan

We come up with a solid plan for the execution. It is important to break down the project into several modules, assign each module with a timeline and allocate team. Team members are clearly explained their responsibilities. The project is assigned a project manager to ensure everything is on track when the actual development begins. He/she is responsible for the supervision of the project and the team allocated.

Project Development/ Plan Execution

This may sound that the project is halfway done already, however the fact is this phase is important and its success depends on how well the plan was defined. This is where the developers and designers actually develop the website based on the plans and specification.

Project Progress

The team reports the updates to the clients, project manager and everybody concerned through the business management system: Bizremixx we've developed. When all modules are complete, we work very closely with developers to integrate the modules.

Testing & QA Checks

We let our quality assurance team take revenge by digging out as many errors/bugs as they possibly can. The errors are identified and sent back to the development team. Development team fixes the errors and then updates the version and declares complete and ready for deployment.

Deployment

Once our quality assurance team declares the system bug free we deploy the website and web application on the live server.

Final Testing

A final round of testing is conducted to ensure the system works without fail on the live server.

Support & Maintenance

We provide 3 months Free support for bugs/errors in our code. If the website needs to be updated on a regular basis, we work out an appropriate maintenance plan.
